Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AskRank (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AskRank is an AI visibility tracking tool operated by Supafast Tech ("we", "us", "AskRank"). The Service runs queries across large language model (LLM) providers on your behalf, detects brand mentions in AI-generated responses, and presents visibility analytics through a web dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@askairank.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to track brands or domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or billing controls.
• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's underlying data or algorithms.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscription and billing

AskRank offers Free, Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($39/mo), Team ($129/mo), and Agency ($349/mo) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans receive approximately 2 months free compared to monthly billing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

6. Free plan

The Free plan is available permanently with no credit card required. We may introduce reasonable limits on the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice. We may discontinue the Free plan in the future with at least 60 days notice to affected users.

7. Data and content

You retain ownership of the brand and domain data you provide. By using the Service, you grant AskRank a limited license to process that data for the purpose of delivering visibility reports.

LLM responses generated by third-party providers are subject to those providers' own terms. AskRank does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated visibility data.

8. Third-party LLM providers

The Service relies on third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) to generate responses. We cannot guarantee the availability or output of these services. If a provider becomes unavailable, we will attempt to use alternative providers or retry queries, but visibility data may be incomplete during outages.

9. Intellectual property

AskRank and all related trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of Supafast Tech. The Service software, design, and content (excluding your data) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI VISIBILITY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKRANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskRank, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, or if we have a legitimate security concern. We will give reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination in case you wish to reactivate, then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supafast Tech is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this clause prevents you from filing a complaint with your local consumer protection authority.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
