Why LLM rank matters more than a visibility percentage
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini typically name 3-5 products per recommendation. Being mentioned is only half the story - AskAiRank parses each AI response for your exact position in the list, so you can tell the difference between "mentioned once, buried at the bottom" and "recommended first."

How the LLM rank tracker reads your position
Every prompt run is parsed for list position, not just presence. When an AI answer names five tools, AskAiRank records whether your brand lands 1st through 5th (or is absent), rolls that into a per-LLM average, and tracks the trend over time.
- Position is read from numbered lists, tables and bullet lists in the answer
- Average position is shown next to visibility (the top-10 share)
- Each prompt is checked once a day on every plan (06:00 UTC), so the trend builds over days
- Competitors appear on the same leaderboard (Free shows the top 3, paid plans the full list)
