Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data that Supafast Tech holds about you because you commented on a post of our AskAiRank or AstroZodify Instagram or Facebook accounts.

1. What we hold

Your public user ID and username, the short snippet of your comment (up to 80 characters), the matched keyword, and whether we replied and sent you a message. Details are in section 12 of our Privacy Policy.

2. How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Write your Instagram or Facebook username and the name of our account you commented on, so we can find your records.
3. You can also reply "DELETE MY DATA" to any message we sent you on Instagram or Facebook.

If you use Facebook Login with one of our apps, you can also open Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, remove the app, and choose to delete the data it received.

3. What happens next

We confirm your request by email or in the same conversation and delete the records linked to your user ID within 30 days. After deletion we can no longer match your earlier comments, so we will not message you again unless you comment a keyword on a new post.

4. Stop messages without deleting

Reply STOP to any of our messages, or comment STOP on our post. We then keep your ID only on a do-not-contact list so that we remember not to message you. Tell us in your deletion request if you want that entry removed too.
